About the Trainer
Mostafa Mamdouh is a professional certified trainer from the American University in Cairo and had a diploma in HR; Comes from an engineering background where he worked with multinational organizations; participated in managing and coordinating several projects, Mostafa is passionate about adding value to each business he works with and aims to develop a long-term business relationship with all the clients. For this reason, Mostafa shares this passion and consistently demonstrates a high level of integrity, customer service and professionalism.
He has a passion for education and believes that the purpose of education is to bring the best out in people. He engages participants in his workshops both logically and emotionally, so they become aware of their own potential and helps them to understand the responsibility of self-management and inside out approach to personal growth. He is dedicated to facilitate people in improving their lives. He has intense dedication towards improving personal and organizational performances.
Mostafa has gained extensive experience in handling training projects in very diverse sectors of the economy including Training and Development & HR. His most recent experience covers Telecommunications industry & International Universities, in the Middle East & Africa Region. He specializes in the design and delivery of soft skills, leadership, and management training courses that have been delivered for a variety of different organizations in the public and private sector. He has facilitated many successful workshops in Egypt and Gulf Region.
Through Mostafa’s wide experience in handling training projects, he has managed to lead effective meetings, and communicate objectives in a clear manner. His vast experience both as a training projects leader, and as a trainer, has helped him tremendously in extending his knowledge and practices in that area to participants worldwide, where they have benefitted a lot from his experience. Mostafa is well known for his ability to effectively communicate and has shared his practices for effectively handling meetings, where his practices have been vastly shared, not only through knowledge but also through practice.
Mostafa Mamdouh has provided training and development services to Multinational Telecommunication Service Providers, Educational Institutes and Governmental Institutes. He is skilled in designing training solutions to meet specific skills needs and business objectives, delivering practical solutions in the area of team building, self-development, Customer Service and leadership; A sample of these clients are Zain – Kuwait, Zain Saudi Arabia, Wataniya Kuwait, American University in Cairo, Vodafone Egypt, The chamber of commerce and trade – Oman, I2 Egypt, SCJohson & Alcatel-Egypt.
Mr. Mostafa has designed, developed and delivered extensive learning and development interventions for Zain-KSA, where he has delivered successful training to 3 branches of the company in 3 regions in Saudi Arabia for company employees from frontline staff level to senior level managers from various departments; The objective of the intervention was enhancing the interpersonal and presentation skills of the participants.
He has also designed, developed and delivered an extensive learning and development intervention for Vodafone-Egypt to introduce selling and offering techniques to call center agents also to enhance the change management and motivation skills of the team leaders and supervisors, The intervention was delivered over a long-term 1 year engagement with employees from Vodafone –Egypt from the staff level to supervisory level.
